  1. NOTICES TO PROPERTY OWNER

    If bills are not paid in full for the labor, services, equipment, or materials furnished or to be furnished, a mechanic’s lien leading to the loss, through court foreclosure proceedings of all or part of your property being so improved may be placed against the property even though you have paid your contractor in full. You may wish to protect yourself against this consequence by (1) requiring your contractor to furnish a signed release by the person or firm giving you this notice before making payment to your contractor or (2) any other method or device which is appropriate under the circumstances.

  2. FEDERAL TRUTH IN LENDING ACT

    Our regular credit accounts are payable in full after 30 days. A late payment “finance charge ” of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate: 18%) will be assessed on the total past due balance on the next statement.

  3. ATTORNEY FEES AND COLLECTIONS COSTS

    In the event the purchaser fails to make payments as required, the account may be considered in default and the purchaser shall be responsible for the payment of all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees, as allowed by law.

    Seller shall not be liable for any delays or for any failure to manufacture, ship, supply, or deliver products resulting from strikes, labor disputes, breakdowns, war, civil disturbance, floods, acts of God, carriers’ or suppliers’ delays or defaults, or regulations of any governmental authority.

Any written warranties and any disclaimer of warranties stated here in extend only to buyers for commercial or industrial purposes or for purposes of release and do not extend to buyers for personal, family, or house hold purposes. Contact with wet (unhardened concrete, mortar, cement mixtures) can cause skin irritation, severe chemical burns, or serious eye damage. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Wear waterproof gloves, a fully buttoned long-sleeved shirt, full-length trousers, and light filling eye protection when working with these materials. If you have to stand in wet concrete, use waterproof boots that are light at tops and high enough to keep concrete from flowing into them. If you are finishing concrete, wear knee pads to protect knees. Wash wet concrete, mortar, cement, or cement mixtures from your skin with fresh clean water immediately after contact. Indirect contact through clothing can be as serious as direct contact, so promptly rinse our wet concrete, mortar, cement or cement mixtures from clothing. Seek immediate medical attention if you have persistent or severe discomfort. In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician immediately.

First Aid:

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.

IF ON SKIN (OR HAIR): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing . Rinse skin with water/ shower.

IF INHALED : Remove person to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.

IF IN EYES : Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

IF exposed or concerned, you feel unwell, or if skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/ attention.
